When people hear the words prehistory explained, most of them think automatically in terms of secrets, conspiracy, cover up's, mystical powers, pseudo science etc and so forth. However, in this post we will take a look at Ancient Mysteries in the non bias and different way. Neither pro nor con, but merely in terms of solving them and what impact this might have on our world and society. To carry out this we must look at those mysteries as exactly what the really are: Mysteries! Anything, nothing less.

The first thing we want to do, when looking at mysteries, isn't to pay to much focus on any theories or other far out explanations. We just use good sense as to what can be done and what not. Exactly the facts, that it is mystery. Needless to say in mainstream archeology, speculation and deduction is part of the process. However, there it is based on hard evidence and discoveries. In this article we will not too much time on actually solving any mysteries, but rather we will take a look at what the impact on society would be, if any of the mysteries will be solved. By solved, we mean either the discovery of unknown, long forgotten methods or processes, or prove beyond a fair doubt, that there is simple, down to earth explanation to that mystery. In some follow up articles, we are going to look at some individual mysteries in depth, but for now, we will deal with the general possible great things about solving Ancient Mysteries. First, let's see what kind of "categories" of mysteries are in fact there. Well, the product range is a pretty wide one and ranges from medicine, mind body connection, religion and spirituality, construction, transportation to astronomy and much more. So, the actual question is, how all of this translate into pro or cons for the planet and society? Well, here you go. Take for example the mystery of ancient building techniques. Everyone agrees that the ancient builders used huge stone blocks to build their cities and monuments all over the world. Most of the time in remote regions, high weren't even any building materials available and it was also close to impossible to grow food for your work force, and also the stone blocks needed to be transported a while for hundreds of miles to get them to the development site. The disagreement is one of the HOW this all was being done. Yes, the archeologist have discovered some evidence that claim that it was finished with wooden rollers and wooden sledges, pulled by man and also the project took decades to complete.. Not to mention the actual stone cutting and fitting.

However, this does not seem to explain all of the aspects of those massive construction projects, very well. There might happen to be something else taking place, something we have been missing. But, as said before, we are not planning to investigate the mysteries themselves, but instead the impact it might have, or no of those alternative technology theories will be proven right. Can you imagine what are the discovery of a new transportation technology would do to our society? You can forget about fossil fuels guzzling, environment polluting cars, trucks, construction vehicles, rail roads etc. The transportation industry would be revolutionized. As well as the instant cleaner air that people would be breathing. You have to the stone cutting technology. Forget about blasting of tunnels and roadways, in addition to mining for minerals. Roads and tunnels could possibly be cut nicely, and also smoothly outside the mountains or another terrain. No more dust, you can forget blast debris, gentler to the environment no more rows of heavy equipment like bull dozers or hauling trucks. Also, the surfacing of the roadway could be made easier and faster. Entire new spin-off industries would develop, which would create jobs and investment. Just what the economy needs. I suppose by now it's pretty obvious, the solving of a single ancient mystery have a great positive influence on our society and also on our planet in general. It would make survive earth a great deal better. Because there are so many mysteries and secrets out there, one can only imagine what type of changes could possibly be brought about. Of course, if it turns out, that those mysteries have simply straight forward, down to earth, explanations after all? So what! A minimum of the mystery is solved.
